H-1B Technical Skills Training Grants

The new H-1B technical training grant program aims to train domestic workers to fill positions that ordinarily would be offered to foreign workers who fill a real need in the United States workforce.  There is only one product I've seen that helps states and other entities that manage these grants to track participants and report their data to the federal government - TrainTrack - by nSPARC at Mississippi State University.
